We provide transportation and related services to nature-based travel and adventure tourism sites and locations including but not limited to:
Guided nature tours and hikes. Wildlife observation excursions. Botanical garden visits. Waterfall and beach adventures. Cultural and heritage tours. Photography tours.
Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Process: All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email confirmation). Bookings are subject to availability. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due before the tour date. Last-minute bookings (within 30 days) require full payment at booking.
Payment Methods
We accept: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard,), Bank transfers, Cash payments (for local customers), Online payment platforms as specified.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (U$D) unless otherwise specified. Prices include specified services as outlined in your booking confirmation. Additional costs (meals, personal expenses, optional activities) are not included unless specified. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel costs, or government taxes.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations: More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund7-14 days before departure: 25% refund. Less than 7 days before departure: No refund. No-show: No refund.
Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to: Insufficient bookings (minimum 2 participants required). Adverse weather conditions. Safety concerns. Force majeure events. In case of company cancellation, customers receive: Full refund of all payments made, or rebooking to alternative dates at no extra cost.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Tours may be modified or cancelled due to weather conditions. Safety is our priority; decisions are final. Alternative activities or rescheduling will be offered when possible.
Health, Safety and Participation Requirements
Health Requirements
Customers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation. Minimum age requirements apply to certain activities. Pregnancy restrictions apply to adventure activities. Customers must be physically capable of participating in chosen activities.
Safety Obligations
Customers must: Follow all safety instructions from guides. Wear provided safety equipment. Remain with the group unless otherwise instructed. Report any injuries or concerns immediately. Not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Assumption of Risk
Nature and adventure activities involve inherent risks. Customers participate at their own risk. We maintain comprehensive insurance but customers are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering: Trip cancellation and interruption. Medical expenses and emergency evacuation.
Personal accident and liability. Loss or damage to personal belongings. Liability and Indemnification
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to: Direct costs of services not provided as specified. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total cost of your booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Exclusions
We are not liable for: Acts of God, natural disasters, or weather conditions. Third-party service provider failures. Government actions or civil unrest. Personal injury due to customer negligence.
Loss or damage to personal property
Customer Indemnification. Customers agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from: Breach of these Terms. Negligent or illegal conduct. Damage to third-party property. Injury to other participants due to customer actions.
Conduct and Behavior
Customers are expected to: Respect local customs, culture, and environment. Follow Leave No Trace principles. Treat guides and other participants with respect.
Comply with all local laws and regulations. Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for inappropriate behavior without refund.
Photography and Media
We may take photographs/videos during tours for promotional purposes. Customers consent to use of their likeness in marketing materials. Customers may opt out by written notification. Customers retain rights to their personal photographs. Commercial photography requires prior written permission.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including: Natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanic activity). Government actions or travel restrictions. Pandemic or health emergencies. War, terrorism, or civil unrest. Infrastructure failures (power, communication, transportation).
Disputes and Governing Law
Dispute Resolution. Initial disputes should be addressed directly with management. Mediation will be attempted before legal action. Arbitration may be required for significant disputes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia, West Indies. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Saint Lucia courts.
Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We comply with Saint Lucia data protection laws and international best practices.
